A 5-Step Process For Maximizing The

Efficiency and Profitability of Your

Business.


While nearly every business in practically every industry, market, or profession can benefit from our profit-building systems, We are very selective in the businesses we take on as clients.
We only work with businesses that have true potential for increased growth and profitability - whose owners are dedicated and determined to make it happen.
Some businesses can be improved or turned around with very little effort by changing or tweaking some of the systems or operations in place. Others may require more drastic measures, often completely scrapping, then redesigning and revamping entire systems.

 STEP 1:      Qualifying Telephone Call.
During this call, your goal as a business owner who is checking us out, is to learn a little about Xtreme, the consultants you will be working with, and what we can do for you, and our goal will be to learn about your business.

•    Whether it meets our minimum standards?
•    Is it the type of business that we want to work with?
•    Does it have an adequate potential for growth?
•    Are you currently spending money on marketing and customer service?
•    Do you have systems in place that aren’t working for you?
•    What is the “culture” of your business?
•    Do you want to just get by, or are  interested in market-domination?
•    What are the owner or top management attitudes towards growth, their future, their competition?
•    On a one-to-ten scale, what is your desire to grow or improve your business?
•    If we take you as our clients, what kind of upper management support can we expect from you?

STEP 2:     Orientation Meeting.
If you decide that you’d like to know more, we move on to the Orientation Meeting. During this presentation we’ll show you how we uncover the areas of greatest impact in your business, and help you see some solutions… real solutions… workable solutions… solutions that can put immediate dollars in your pocket. And if you’re interested, we’ll explain how we can work together to make your business significantly more profitable.
At the end of this presentation, you’re either going to say you’re not interested in going any further, and we’ll move on to visit with other businesses who are interested in applying the strategies and systems we provide in their businesses, or we’re going to agree to work together, and we’ll schedule a Fact-Finding Meeting.

Step 3:    The Confidential Business Analysis.
In this meeting, we’ll work together to conduct an in-depth analysis using a proven, comprehensive business auditing system, uncovering, identifying and untapping profit opportunities quickly that can add significant dollars to your bottom line.

•    Where would you like your business to be?
•    What is the quickest, easiest, most effective, and most profitable way to get it there?

Step 4:     Development and Implementation of the  Action Plan.

In short, our process takes a very comprehensive approach to the analysis of your business, determines where the biggest and fastest improvements can be made, then constructs and helps you implement sensible, workable, and low or no cost strategies to achieve the results you want and deserve from your business.
The bottom line is that you'll reduce your time and work load, gain more profitable dollars to your bottom line, and increase the value of your business when it's time to sell. 

Our Consulting Principles

1.    We only accept clients we strongly believe we can help.  If a client's needs are beyond the scope of our expertise, we'll say so.  If possible we'll refer such a client to an appropriate professional.
 
2.    We work not just at fulfilling the need the client brings to us, but also at discovering or creating other opportunities for the client to profit.
 
3.    Whenever possible, we prefer to charge a relatively low retainer or base fee and derive the bulk of our compensation as a commission on the new profit we bring in to a business.
 
4.    There are never any hidden costs or charges, and we don't accept commissions from newspaper, radio, or television media.  Any reduction in advertising rates we negotiate goes directly to our clients so there is no conflict of interest.
 
NOTE: We are only able to accept a limited number of new clients as openings become available.  Open slots are filled by qualified clients on a first-come, first-served basis. To avoid waiting for an available slot, schedule an interview at your earliest convenience.
